Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed service.

For group bookings there is no refund offered for cancellations with less than 48 business hours notice from the first appointment in the group. If cancelled before the 48 business hours there will be a fee of 50% of the total group booking value.
